Excellent B&B - couldnt ask for more

I booked a twin and a double room for me and my two adult daughters when we were visiting friends locally on Sunday night. Mike and Sue are very welcoming hosts and we enjoyed sharing a bottle of Prosecco in their very peaceful and beautiful garden before dinner in nearby Woburn (Loch Fyne was a great choice, good food and not too busy even on a Bank Holiday weekend).

The rooms are clean, modern and comfortable, with tea/coffee and mineral water, and the nice bathrooms have shower gel/shampoo too, and there is a hairdryer in the drawers.

Breakfast was great, juice, coffee, yogurts, cereal as well as the full English. All in all, totally recommended.

We stayed here on friday 13th may, and were very impressed, mike and sue are excellent hosts, very welcoming and make you feel at home. The white house was very clean, comfortable bed and lots of little extras that made the stay enjoyable. Breakfast was very good, could not fault anything and would highly recommend to anyone.

The room was very clean, the king size bed was so comfortable. The owners of the B&B were very thoughtful, we even found 2 apples, 2 bottles of mineral water on our bed side cabinet, plus teas, coffee and good selection and quality of biscuits. Breakfast was beautifully cooked, they even went out their way to provide gluten free products (bread and sausages).

Very very happy guests:

Never thought I,d enjoy staying in a b an b,but this one is a little gem.spotlessly clean, great breakfasts and really friendly, helpful owners sue and mike.you must try her home made cake, fabulous.I,ve stayed in 4 star hotels that didn't offer as much room space as this does, so if your in this area, book, you wont be disappointed.

We stayed four nights at The White House, visiting National Trust properties and others including Woburn Abbey and Bletchley Park, which are very close.

Our room was attractive, with a six-foot bed and clean towels each day. Breakfast was efficient, beautifully cooked and nicely presented. We ordered an evening meal there on one of the nights the local restaurant is closed - and it was not only delicious, but extremely good value.

The owners are friendly and attentive, without being intrusive. They've got everything just about perfect.

My husband and I stayed at this extraordinary B&B when visiting the Bletchley Park Museum. The White House is easily accessible from BP, and Little Brickhill is a quiet, charming village worthy of a visit in its own right. Owners Mike and Sue helped us from day one: making our reservations from the U.S; advising us on transportation; serving tea and cookies when we arrived tired; suggesting dinner at an excellent Italian restaurant a very short walk from their place. We felt comfortably at home yet well-pampered in our lovely room. A hot breakfast was delicious, freshly prepared, and sustained us on a long day of museum walking. I was doing research for a book; Mike and Sue produced historical photographs that were of great help to me. They have clearly made themselves and their B&B part of their charming community. We thank them and hope we're able to come again.

This has got to be one of the best B and B's we have ever stayed at. The hosts were magnificent informative and even gave us tea and cake when we arrived. The room was beautiful, warm and large with all the facilities you could ever want - even a hot water bottle. The breakfast was out of this world. Do visit you will not be disappointed, So glad we found this gem and it is very close to Bletchley Park which is another bonus plus Woburn. We will certainly return.

I had booked to stay at the White House but, sadly, had to cancel.

The assistance provided by the owners in cancelling the booking (which was, for some reason, not showing on my bookings.com account) was brilliant. Before I had to cancel they were also really good about accommodating our dog.

All I can say is that, if the service they give to people that aren't even stopping with them is that good, their service to their guests must be amazing.

I will make a point of finding a reason to stay on another occasion.

Thanks so much.

We chose this B&B based on the location, close to Bletchley Park, and the number of positive reviews, and Wow- we were not disappointed. Mike and Sue welcomed us as new ( old ) friends, the rooms immaculate, tasteful, and warm and inviting on a cold winters day. Tea and cake on arrival , offers of help with luggage, wine glasses provided - nothing was too much trouble, they were the most gracious of hosts. Breakfast was delicious - either a full English, porridge, eggs on toast , cereal & fresh fruit. If you get chance - stay here you will not be disappointed, we will defiantly be back and are already recommending to friends and family if they are in the area.
